A celled dart stand with air balloon targets. Hitting six targets earns a teddy bear toy, the stand master is saying over the backing music. Recorded at the annual city fair in Sergiyev Posad. The show has acquired political overtones this year with slogans summoning the mayor to leave drawn on the ground right under the city council building (painted out), the similar banners being removed from the neighbouring hotel balcony, and petition campaigners attacking from both sides.
